From the Pastor
Happy Father’s Day! Many of you may have read the beautiful reflection that Pope John Paul II wrote about St. Joseph, the foster father of Jesus. The Pope reminded us that St. Joseph was a real and true father to Our Lord, through his faithful witness, loving care and watchful protection. May God bless our fathers’.
As we celebrate the dedication of our newly renovated parish hall, the Portico of St. John’s, please join me in expressing appreciation to Terry Jones and the parish Building Committee. Thanks to their leadership and cooperation, our parish now has a wonderful facility in which to gather for meetings, celebration and workshops. I also thank Teresa Richardson, the Portico Manager for all her help with the Dedication and coordinating the use of our new facility.
Please watch for the announcement of the opening of our parish book and gift shop. Located in the north entrance of the Portico, our new store will be opening sometime this summer.
May God bless you,
