From the Pastor
Around this time each summer the pulpit announcements include a plea for help from our Religious Education Ministry for teachers, teacher assistants and classroom aides. I cannot overemphasize the importance of teaching the doctrine of our Faith and the heritage of our Catholic Tradition to the children of our parish. Ongoing training, support and assistance are provided. This important mission also provides many opportunities for our catechists and assistants to grow in faith, develop meaningful relationships and actually do the work of discipleship. I am deeply grateful to all the volunteers who have worked in our parish through the years. I invite and encourage you to prayerfully consider responding to the call and serving the children in our Parish, Religious Education and Sacramental Preparation programs. Please continue to keep our parish children in your prayers.
May God bless you,
