From the Pastor

Thank you for your continued prayers for Sister Bernadette. She deeply appreciates our prayers, support and cards. Because of her daily radiation treatment schedule it is imperative that Sister gets as much rest as possible; therefore, phone calls and personal visits are strongly discouraged. Father Gerard is recovering from open-heart surgery. He also appreciates our prayers, support and cards; nevertheless, he also needs plenty of rest during his time of recuperation. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Congratulations to this years winners of the Baker-Yingling Scholarship: John Hajnos, Kathleen McKinnon, Joe Minchik, Brendan Reisdorf, and Tim Schmidt. The scholarships are awarded each year through the St. John Basketball Program. The parish sponsored basketball program continues to support our youth both on and off the court.

May God bless you,
