From the Pastor

Today we celebrate the Solemnity of the Most Holy Body and Blood of Christ. Many of us may remember this feast in its Latin title, Corpus Christi. Our belief in the real presence of Christ, (body, blood, soul and divinity), in the Eucharist is a central dogma of our Faith.

Thanks to the dedication and commitment of many parishioners, we have been able to maintain Perpetual Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament for over a year. I am deeply grateful to all who have made this prayerful witness possible.

I encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity for quiet and reflective prayer. Although I realize that making a weekly commitment is not possible for everyone; nevertheless, an occasional visit is a possibility. If you would like to know more about prayer before the Blessed Sacrament, making a commitment to a holy hour in our Adoration Chapel, or deepening your faith and love for the Holy Eucharist, please contact any member of our pastoral staff.

                May God bless you,
