of special note

PARISH OFFICES will be closed on Monday, May 26 in observance of Memorial Day.

MESSAGE FROM THE BUILDING COMMITTEE: We have all watched the new church being built and its near completion. Now we will start to see changes in the present church. The organ was removed on May 13th to be renovated and installed in the new church. In the future you will notice the removal of the statues, baptismal font, lectern and altar. The statues and baptismal font will be taken to a restorer to be cleaned and repaired and placed in the new church.  About two month’s prior to the completion of the new church, the altar will be relocated there. A temporary altar and lectern will be used while the present ones are being refurbished and although these changes are temporary, the Masses will continue to be prayerful and beautiful, thanks to your faith. It is an exciting time for us. Thank you for your patience and prayers and support during this time of construction and relocation.

SCRIPTURE STUDY ... Every Wednesday

Jesus commissions His disciples to baptize in His name, reminding them that He is always present through His Spirit. Having ascended to His Father amid cries of gladness, we are to be His witnesses for we have been gifted with His Spirit of wisdom and revelation. Let us, therefore, live in a manner worthy of the call we have received. All are invited to the parish center at 7:15 p.m. to review, in advance, Sunday’s scripture.
