From the Pastor

I would like to call your attention to a few “housekeeping chores” and maintenance issues for our parish. I did not authorize the political leaflets that were place on the cars parked on our lot last weekend. I do however, encourage you to exercise your responsibility to vote. Please remember to mark December 7th on your calendar and invite your family and neighbors to our annual Christmas Bazaar. Plans for the 150th anniversary of our parish include a variety of activities; the last page of the 2003 parish calendar will include a comprehensive list. Please continue to pray for the success of Phase II of our Capital Campaign. Parishioners who have already completed their pledge from the first campaign are welcomed to help us reach our goal.

The Church, particularly during the month of November, reminds us of our responsibility to pray for the dead.  I encourage you to consider attending a weekday Mass, a Saturday morning Mass, and/or stopping by our adoration chapel to pray for those who have gone before us in faith.

May God bless you,

The keynote address will be given by Msgr. Valenzano. This event will be a unique opportunity for you to grow in faith and be more effective in ministry. Location will be at Carroll Community College from 8:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. All Liturgical Ministers will receive a personal invitation in December.
