From the Pastor

Next weekend the Sacrament of the Sick will be offered at the 6:30 p.m. Mass on Saturday and the 12 noon Mass on Sunday. I express my appreciation to Sister Bernadette, our Director of Health Care Ministry, for coordinating the ministry to the sick, training the volunteers and enabling our parish to respond to the needs of the sick and shut-in. Please see the notice in this week’s bulletin for more details.

I want to thank the members of our St. Vincent de Paul Society for their work with the poor in our community.  Thanks to your generous donations to the Poor Boxes, we are able to assist those most in need.

Our annual Stewardship Weekend has been moved up to next Saturday and Sunday for several reasons: to thank you for your continued and faithful support of our parish, to announce the beginning of Phase II of the Capital Campaign, and to invite your participation. A presentation will be given at each Mass by one of our parishioners. Thank you for your prayers, service and sacrifices.

May God bless you,
